SERVICES

The operating links behind the order

Focus the work where information changes hands: quotation, order, stock, parts, reporting, and support.

Our Services

Where a trading operation usually feels the pressure first with the same services whether you buy them as fix-and-run or as a project.

Quotation and order flow

From enquiry to confirmed order, including the revisions and approvals that happen in between.

Stock and spare-part records

What is on the shelf, what is on order, and which machine each part belongs to.

Reporting and handover

The numbers an owner or finance team asks for, without rebuilding a spreadsheet every month.

IT support & maintenance

Day-to-day support for the systems a business already runs, from single requests to a standing arrangement.

Infrastructure & network

Workstations, networking, and the equipment the business depends on, set up and documented.

Engagement model

How we work together depends on whether the need is a project or a standing one.

Project

A defined piece of work: something to roll out, migrate, or put in place, with a start and a finish.

Ongoing support

A standing arrangement for support and maintenance, reviewed at intervals both sides agree on.

Advisory

Assessment and planning when the requirement is clear but the priority or the approach is not.

What a project looks like

From mapping the handoffs to reviewing them once they run.

01

Understand the situation

What runs today, who uses it, and what has to keep working while we change things.

02

Agree the scope in writing

What is included, what is not, and what happens if the requirement moves.

03

Do the work, with checkpoints

Progress reported at agreed points rather than at the end.

04

Hand over and review

Documentation handed over, then a review of what the setup looks like once it is live.

Questions we get before the first meeting

What trading operations usually ask before agreeing to a scope.

What services do you provide?

Support and maintenance, infrastructure and networking, business systems, security and continuity, and advisory work. If a requirement falls outside that, we say so in the first conversation.

No. The sector focus describes where we do most of our work and where our understanding is deepest. The general service groups are open to any business that needs them.

A list of the systems and equipment you run now, who uses them, and what the immediate problem is. Existing documentation helps if you have it.

Fees follow the agreed scope: a project is quoted as a project, ongoing support is quoted as a periodic arrangement. The number is confirmed before any work starts.

Yes. Most work starts from what is already in place rather than from a clean sheet, and we document what we find before changing it.

SCOPE

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe where the operation loses time. We will say which group that falls under, and what we would need to see before scoping it.
